Don't stress! The end-to-end Management to Events can be a lot. I am here to help and guide you thru the process. Here are a few of the most frequently asked questions that come up before almost every booking.
How far in advance should I book?
For stadium suites and major fixtures, as early as you can. Those dates fill first. For corporate events and private celebrations, six to eight weeks gives us room to do it properly, though shorter timelines are often possible. Ask.
Do you work outside New York?
Yes. Most of my work is in the New York and New Jersey area, but I have delivered events at the Las Vegas Convention Center, in Seattle and across Washington State, and I travel for the right event.
What size events do you take on?
From an intimate private dinner at the Boathouse to full hospitality operations across a stadium. The approach does not change with the guest count, only the logistics.
Do you handle catering, or only the planning?
Both. Menu design, tastings, service standards and on-the-day execution are part of what I do, working with the venue's kitchen or an outside caterer as the event requires.
Can you work alongside our in-house team?
That is often exactly the brief. I step into existing operations and take control of the hospitality side so your team can stay focused on everything else.
What happens at the consultation?
We talk through the event, the venue, the guests and the budget, and I tell you honestly what is achievable. No charge and no obligation.
